Capstone Continuing Credit Education for Commercial Lenders

| For commercial bankers with one to five years experience, Capstone Continuing Credit Education is a fast paced continuing credit education program for bankers who have completed entry training and are moving forward in their careers. Participants will move to a next level in their credit skills. They will develop skills in evaluating the borrower’s business strategy, in getting behind the numbers, in capturing the essence of the credit situation in a highly efficient manner, and in recognizing early warning signs which are often overlooked in the industry. They will add to their skills in structuring credits. The course also goes in depth into next level cash flow tools and skills including insights on debt capacity, cash flow traps, and the use of the historically best predictor of resilience through the economic cycle with an emphasis on lessons learned. This program is a one week program, but it can be divided into two shorter modules. |
