| Often the first contact with the customer, branch managers gain foundational knowledge to convey professionalism and competence with clients and enhance efficiency with internal communications on commercial real estate opportunities. Managers will enhance skills in identifying key issues and risks for owner occupied and small investor real estate credits, develop a working knowledge of real estate math, gain appreciation for the bank’s monitoring process and policies for construction lending including review of several “spilled milk” examples, gain appreciation for title, environmental and appraisal issues, and apply their knowledge and skills to a range of real estate opportunities.
