Next-Level Credit III: Credit Structure, Early Warnings & Risk Communication 2 days
This two-day course rigorously reinforces on-the-job application of concepts and tools presented in Next Level Credit Analysis I and II, and adds new tools and insights.Participants enhance skills in zeroing in on key risks and learn to summarize credit risk in five sentences or less.They add to skills in recognizing early warning signs widely missed throughout the industry, develop forensic accounting skills, and apply these to case studies (including lessons learned from Enron).Participants enhance skills in structuring a wide range of credit types with minimum covenants and maximum effectiveness. Overall, they enhance skills in identifying, evaluating, mitigating and communicating risk.Cases may include both C&I and Real Estate examples.Next Level Credit Analysis I and II are pre-requisites.
